Daniel G. Kielczewski is a litigation partner with the firm specializing in commercial law, bankruptcy/creditors' rights, and complex business litigation matters. Dan is a graduate of the University of Michigan (A.B. 1980; A.M.L.S. 1984) and Michigan State University College of Law (formerly Detroit College of Law) (J.D., cum laude, 1989). He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and American Bar Association. In his practice, Dan's engagements have been on behalf of individuals and business entities alike, and have concerned a wide range of matters of a commercial or business nature including, for example, secured and unsecured creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings, commercial code claims, business torts, Institute and American shareholder disputes and construction litigation.
